This cute 1 bedroom first floor apartment opens up on to a small wooden deck that looks out onto the water in Mullins on the west coast of the island. Situated right next to 3 local restaurants on the water near to Mullins Beach with a bus stop just a-stones throw away, your biggest decision every day is to decide whether to eat in, eat next door or just order in!

Mullins Beach is very popular and well know for its water sport activities, beach bars and night life. Cassandra 2 gives easy access to all of this along with Speightstown just a few miles to the north and Holetown a few miles further in the opposite direction.

The unit offers an open-plan bedroom, a bathroom, kitchenette, and a living/dining area that open onto the small patio. I deal for a couple with room for entertaining the unit is quite spacious with a small sitting area on the little deck outside. There is access to the sea via a beach gate with an outdoor shower to wash off the sand on your way back up to the unit.

The unit shares a small entrance lobby with the ground floor unit but has its own private entrance in the lobby. As you alight at the top of the stairs the unit is open with a spacious open plan bedroom that flows through to the bathroom and kitchen and then through the living/dining area to the small patio and the sea beyond. You can just about see the sea right through the apartment as you get to the top of the stairs and it feels open and spacious. 

There is an access down the side of the property to the beach gate with an outdoor shower for washing off as you renter the from the beach. 

The location is very central with beaches, restaurants and nightlife nearby and Holetown and Speightstown just a few stops on the bus.
