I first met Nicole in May 2022 when I came across a property that her firm had listed for sale. The property had just been re-listed and there were several back-to-back viewings for the day I was available. After discussions, Nicole worked with her teammate and was able to “squeeze” me in that day. That was the start of what would become a lasting relationship and make Nicole an agent that I would recommend to anyone without hesitation or reservation. I ended up being the successful party to purchase the property and while it was not all smooth sailing (these things rarely are), Nicole made sure that she was always available to answer or follow up on any queries and where needed, offer words of reassurance. After the closing and to present, Nicole has checked in from time to time to see how plans have progressed with the property. I truly enjoyed working with Nicole. She is a wonderful agent. 

I was a first time buyer hoping to purchase a piece of the rock, so I began by calling some real estate companies to see what was available. Nicole was one of the agents who answered my call and she sent me a list of possible properties which met my criteria. Although the property I liked was listed with an agent at a different company, Nicole liaised with the agent to get me the information I needed and checked in with me regularly. When I was ready to make an offer, she walked me through the entire process, giving me guidance on how to make the offer, letting me know what certain terms meant, letting me know when to check in on the progress with the lender, lawyer, land surveyor etc., all the way until the process was complete over a year later. She was always cheerful and understanding, and she answered each one of my questions and gave extra guidance wherever she could. Thank you Nicole! Rosemary facilitated the sale of my mom's house and worked diligently with the lawyer to ensure that it was a smooth transition.  This was important because we don't live in Barbados so this experience was a special one.  Therefore, we communicated a lot via email and phone calls. 

Rosemary's professionalism, expertise, and understanding made the process seamless.  She was able to answer any questions or concerns that we had. 

The house was sold within very little time, and Rosemary's hard work paid off.

We contacted CIP via their website whilst still in the UK and had an immediate response from Rosemary. We explained our plans and she agreed to help us when we arrived in Barbados. We asked to view a particular property which she arranged and suggested another similar one. We viewed them both and then we realised we did not want to live on the west coast, but preferred the south east coast. When Rosemary heard this she said "thank goodness for that.
